Links to a few handy CRISPR target tools.

There are many useful online tools for CRISPR target and off-target identification.  To keep things simple, here are four that I like:  

MIT CRISPR Design, ZiFiT, SSC, and COSMID.       

Other CRISPR target analysis tools exist that are comparable and/or add other functionalities.   I have found these four to be pretty straightforward and useful.  Many CRISPR tools have overlapping functionalities because the basic tasks of finding targets and off-targets are generally universal.  However, there are slightly different ways to tweak the searches, and each tool usually adds an extra feature or two that others may lack.
